SECTION 1.ORGANIZER
The organizer of the promotion campaign "BACK
TO NATURE WITH NATURELLA", hereinafter
named the Campaign, is the agency Agency Communis - Skenderija
5/3, 71000 Sarajevo, tel: 033/55 11, hereinafter
named the Organizer, who develops the campaign
on behalf and in the name of Procter & Gamble
. The decision of developing the promotion campaign
according to the rules in this regulation shall
be final and binding for the participants. The
organizers reserve the right to amend this official
Regulation, provided that they publicly notify
such amendment in advance in the same way the
initial information was made.
SECTION 2. PLACE OF THE CAMPAIGN
DEVELOPMENT
The campaign will be developed
all over the territory of Bosnia & Herzegovina
.
SECTION 3. CAMPAIGN DURATION
The campaign will be developed
during 15.06. 2008.- 31.07. 2008 _ and will end
when the stock of products offered as prizes
finishes. The Organizer may extend or reduce
the campaign by an addendum to this regulation.
SECTION 4. WAY OF DEVELOPING THE
ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN
What you should do:
You should buy magazine " Zdravlje
i ljepota " or access the website www.pgbalkans.com in
the period 15.06. 2008.- 31.07. 2008 to read
contest regulation. Send us your picture on the
theme explained in the published text with your
correct personal data (mane, surname, address,
phone, year) at the postal address Communis,
Skenderija 5/3, 71 000 Sarajevo or at the email
address naturella@communis.ba .
At the end of the Campaign, expert's jury will
choose the best one. The second place winner
will be also awarded.
The theme of the contest consists
of BACK
TO NATURE WITH NATURELLA
The jury is formed of Jasmin Fazlagic,
Elma Avdagic i Elvira Bojadžic
The evaluation criteria are originality,
connection with the theme general jury impression.
One person can send unlimited number
of during the period of the campaign. Each photo
will be evaluated separately, regardless of their
sender. If a person who sent more than one picture
won the first prize with one of the photos, he
cannot win the second prize as well. One photo
will be sent only once. Doubles of the photos
already sent will not be taken into consideration.
SECTION 5. PRIZES
The prizes offered in the Campaign
are the following:
- Nature weekend on Vlasic mountain for
two persons. Arrangement includes weekend
for two persons, full board, transportation
costs, aroma therapy for two persons, aroma
massages for two persons (sojourn taxes
and insurance are also included).
- Naturella pads and liners for entry year
for one year from the winning date
The total commercial value of the prizes offered
in the campaign amounts to 738 BAM (VAT not added)
in National currency. It is forbidden to grant
the money equivalent amount or to replace the
prizes offered in this campaign.
SECTION 6. RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
The campaign is open for natural
persons, as end consumers, who have turned 18
years old by 15.06.2008, residing in Bosnia & Herzegovina,
except for the employees of Procter & Gamble
and of the agencies involved in the campaign
and their family members.
SECTION 7. CHARGES
The Campaign Organizer shall
not be liable for paying any charges, taxes or
other financial obligations related to the prizes
offered, which shall fall to the winner, except
for the tax due, according to the law, for the
income obtained from the Campaign, a tax that
the Campaign Organizer shall calculate and pay.
SECTION 8. VALIDATION OF WINNERS
Three photographer experts will be seen and
rated two best photos. Sender of two best photos
will be awarded.
SECTION 9. PERSONAL
DATA
(1) By participating in the promotion campaign " Back
to nature with Naturella ", the participants
acknowledge the fact that they are aware of the
provisions of this official Regulation and express
their consent to such provisions.
(2) The rights of the participants in
the promotion campaign " Back to nature with
Naturella" are guaranteed by the Law of Game
of chance and Law of personal data protection,
concerning the personal data processing and the
free movement of such data, especially the following
rights:
- the
right of access to the data;
- the right of intervention on the data;
- the right to object.
(3) By participating in the
promotion campaign " Back to nature with Naturella ",
the participants consent to their inclusion in
the Organizer's database, which is organized
during the Campaign for the purpose of announcing
the winners.
SECTION 10. PHOTOS
USAGE. PROPERTY RIGHTS
- All participants need to respect the property
rights legislation.
- Participants assume the responsibility that
they own all property rights on the photos
they sent.
- The Organizer of the campaign does not assume
any responsibility for any property rights
misuse or for trespassing of
these rights. The responsibility belongs exclusively
to the sender.
- Possible complaints about the trespassing
of the property rights can be sent to Communis - Skenderija
5/3, 71000 Sarajevo , tel: 033/55 11 .
such materials that violated the property rights
rules can be disqualified from the contest.
- The photos sent have to be original and they
do not have to contain any obscene, antisocial
or pornographic elements. The Organizer can
deny the participation for any materials that
do not abide by these rules.
- By sending the photos, the participants give
their consent for the photos to be used and
published by the Organizer without any financial
compensation to the sender of the photo/s.
SECTION 11 . RESPONSIBILITY
The Organizer of the campaign does not assume
any responsibility for photos sent to the wrong
address, sent outside the period of the campaign
or for photos that do not reach the Organizers
from reasons independent of the Organizer.
SECTION 12. DISPUTES
The potential disputes between the Organizer
and the participants in the Campaign shall be
solved amicably or by the relevant Court in Sarajevo
.
SECTION 13. SUSPENSION OF THE ADVERTISING
CAMPAIGN
The Campaign may be suspended in case of Force
Majeur or unilaterally by the Organizer, with
prior notification to the public with one week
in advance.
SECTION 14. ADVERTISING CAMPAIGN
REGULATION
The Campaign Regulation is available
to any participant in the promotion on the website www.pgbalkans.com and,
free of charge, upon request, at the Procter & Gamble
representatives and roll-out agency (Communis) - Skenderija
5/3, 71000 Sarajevo , tel: 033/55 11. By participating
in the Campaign, the participants agree to comply
with this regulation.
